For the past 13 years I’ve worked for Standard Bank, Africa’s biggest bank by assets, starting as Trainee Accountant and enjoying frequent promotion in reflection of results delivered. My engaging, inspiring management style gets respect and results. Developing team members to become well-respected originators is something I excel at. I’m adept at growing business and client base. During my career, I have been recognised by internal and external stakeholders as a model principle centered leader and value creator. I’m a graduate of Standard Bank’s Strategic Leadership Programme. In 2017, I was thrilled to be offered a place on the globally esteemed Sloan Masters in Leadership & Strategy, sponsored by Standard Bank. The qualification has really honed my ability to drive high-performance. Having lived and worked in Swaziland, South Africa, Mozambique and London, with extensive travel in Southern Africa and Europe, I have very strong international perspective and cultural sensitivity. I’m accustomed to operating in a challenging, volatile business environment. My self-motivation, integrity, can-do approach and strong added value focus are major personal strengths. I handle change, challenges and complexity with dexterity.
